Performance
I have vivid memories of performing concerts and ballets for my family as a little girl. I would prance around the living room in my aunts' old dance costumes and a pair of fairy wings that I borrowed from my next-door neighbor, singing songs from the latest Barbie movie. In the eighth grade, I experienced my first breath of loss, and I found comfort in Stephen Sondheim's "No One is Alone." From this moment, I knew that creating art was the path that was meant for me. Today, I am a senior Musical Theatre major at Ball State, where I have had the opportunity to collaborate on new work, perform in over 10 projects and productions, and study alongside successful industry professionals. |
